1. Automation of heat supply stations and ventilation systems

Our enterprise has been dealing with automation of heat supply stations for about 8 years already. We were the  first who started to implement schemes with three-way valves and mixing pumps for automation of individual heat supply stations on heat supply stations. Standard and verified technical solutions, reliable equipment, high quality of assembling and setup allow saving up to 35% of heat energy. More than 300 of automated heat supply stations are performed by Energovent.

2. Teleautomation of heat supply stations, hot water supply systems, heating and ventilation

Teleautomation system (distance control) of heating systems has been working at the factory for 6 years. There are for about 30 controllers in the network. Factory working experience with such system was described more than once in press and on TV. The possibility to maintain required temperature in rooms allowed saving up to 30 % of energy annually. At the moment teleautomation system is implemented at 6 enterprises of Republic of Belarus.

3. Heat supply system device on the basis of heat pumps

Heat pump is not only energy saving reserve (on 1 kW of electric energy you will get 3 kW of heat energy), but, often, the only solution according to heat supply device.
Energovent took part (project, assembling, setup) in device of 5 heat pump stations. We can use heat of waste water, tranformer oil of main water and ground.

4. Proposal development of work improvement of energy systems, heating systems, ventilation and air-conditioning

The work is performed by means of computer program MODEN (version 3.0). This program allows creating mathematical models of energy systems on personal computer and make search of technical solutions on its improvement. The work consists of such elements as performance of energy audits and normalization. Supporting energy model (making changes according to changes in kind) during enterprise existence you get work place of power engineer, unproblematic performance of energy audits and norm creation energy consumption.
The program MODEN has certification of Russian Federation and it is recommended for performance of energy audits of heating stations FEC (Federal Energy Commission) of Russian Federation.
